Upgrading OrgPlus Enterprise

You can use the installer to upgrade OrgPlus Enterprise. In order to upgrade OrgPlus Enterprise Server, you must run the installer on the OrgPlus Enterprise server.

Note: Make sure you unzip the installer before proceeding.

To upgrade OrgPlus Enterprise:

1        In the OrgPlus Enterprise Installation folder, double-click Setup.Exe to start the installation process. You will see a confirmation message asking if you want to continue.

2    Click Yes. The Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard dialog box opens.

3    Click Next when the button is enabled, and click Next again in the Update HumanConcepts OrgPlus Enterprise 3.4 dialog box opens.

4        Click Next when the Backup File folder dialog box opens, select the option to Make backup copy of the application database, and either accept the default location or change it.

5   Click Next to continue. The Ready to Install the Program dialog box opens.

6    Click Install to start the installation process.

7        Click Finish to complete the upgrade process.
