You must assign each user an OrgPlus Enterprise role, which determines the user’s access privileges as follows.
Access to a domain (including limited access to a domain)
Access to views within a domain
Access to features, such as Print or Export to Excel
Access to individual fields (on a box by box basis)
Typically, an organization will not require a large number of roles. Make sure you perform a business needs analysis before creating and configuring roles.
