Roles

You must assign each user an OrgPlus Enterprise role, which determines the user’s access privileges as follows.

• Access to a domain (including limited access to a domain)

• Access to views within a domain

• Access to features, such as Print or Export to Excel

• Access to individual fields (on a box by box basis)

Typically, an organization will not require a large number of roles. Make sure you perform a business needs analysis before creating and configuring roles.
