Blueprint is an optional module that is available for authorized users to manage restructuring activities such as reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions. Blueprint provides a drag and drop modeling environment (that uses Adobe Flash Player), which that lets users create one or more scenarios (blueprints) that reflect a proposed organizational structure. Each user's security role controls which part(s) of the organization can be modeled.
Once a blueprint is complete, it can then be marked for review by a Blueprint Administrator. Approved blueprints can then be written back to the source HR system.
A separate license key is required to activate the Change Management module.
