Using the Lower Toolbar

The lower toolbar enables you to switch data sources (domains) and view alternate representations (views) of the current chart. You can also apply a group to your chart to highlight boxes that meet pre-specified criteria.

Domains

OrgPlus Enterprise enables you to view charts from more than one data source (domain). For example, a company with multiple subsidiaries can create a domain for each subsidiary.

Click the Domain drop-down list to switch domains.

Views

OrgPlus Enterprise enables you to view multiple views for the same chart. For example, the chart administrator can create two views for a company, one containing employee details and another containing employee photos.

Click the View drop-down list to switch views.

Style

OrgPlus Enterprise enables you to control how branch styles are displayed in your chart. You may want to change branch styles when printing, viewing, or publishing to PDF or PowerPoint.

Click the Style drop-down list to switch branch styles. The following styles are available:

Note: This option is available only if your chart administrator selects automatic branch style optimization. This feature may not be enabled for all charts.

Groups

The Groups feature enables you to display a sub-set of a chart based on a set of predefined criteria. All boxes that do not belong to this sub-set (or group) are shaded or hidden when a group is selected. For example, a chart administrator can create two groups: one containing full-time employees and other containing part-time employees. The part-time employees are grayed out in this example.

Click the Group drop-down list to switch groups.

Note: If you do not want to apply a group, select All Boxes.
