Change Requests are not immediately reflected in an org chart. Each request must go through an approval process to ensure that the request is valid. Change request cycle time depends on the approval process within your organization. Typically one or more HR specialists are in charge of approving change requests.
Once approved, a change request is recorded in the source HR system, OrgPlus Enterprise automatically updates the associated organizational charts.
