The Preferences feature in the Change Management module lets you define how many days for which you want to view items that have been sent (submitted), as well as how many items have been rejected during the selected number of days.
To set Change Management preferences:
1 Click
on the Preferences option in the
Change Management page.

2 In
the Preferences dialog box, change the default number of days for which
Sent Items and Rejected
Items are displayed, if desired.
The options are 30, 60, 90, and All days.

3 Click
the Update button.
A message appears confirming that the update was successful.
